**极橙儿童齿科** → 换成 **孩子王 / 海底捞** 证明:细分不是切标签,而是找到强痛点和服务系统。 - **Xiameter / 道康宁** → **保留** 这是强案例,公开性也较好,适合证明“有些客户不需要你全部的好”。 - **厚朴方舟** → 换成 **Costco / 山姆会员店** 证明:定价不是数字,而是风险分配和交易结构。 - **合生元** → 只保留一句监管风险 不建议作为主案例展开。 -
